Email Opt-Out Policy

You can choose to opt out of receiving email from List-Alert at any time. We have a number of options for managing and opting out of receiving emails from List-Alert.

For any of the available options, if you wish to opt out with respect to more than one email address, you must provide a separate request for each email address.

Please note that we never send any alert emails until you have confirmed your email address. Therefore, it's not possible for someone else to use your email address and cause you to start receiving alerts.

Stop An Alert

For each alert that you create with List-Alert you have the option of stopping the emails by either: (1) logging into your account, selecting My Alerts and pausing or deleting specific alerts or (2) clicking on the Cancel link which appears in every email (which does not require logging into your account).

Alert Frequency

For your account, you can select to receive emails whenever one of your alerts detects a new posting or you can receive an email every 6, 12 or 24 hours. The email frequency can be changed by logging into your account, selecting My Account and then selecting Change Settings.

Close Account

To stop receiving all emails, you can log in to your account, select My Account and then select Close My Account.

Email Marketing

During the sign up process you may have elected to receive newsletters from List-Alert. To opt out of our newsletters, you can log in to your account, select My Account and then select Change My Newsletter Preferences.
