Internet Explorer 8
I am unable to stay logged into the List-Alert website. What should I do?
If you find that when you login and attempt to view your account you are prompted to login again it probably means that the security settings on your browser are preventing List-Alert from placing the authentication cookie used to authenticate you as a subscriber. To solve this you need to adjust your browser security settings.

Still Having problems?
If you've already checked that your cookies are enabled and you're still seeing an error message that your browser's cookie functionality is turned off, try opening a new window in your browser. Sometimes using tabs in a single browser instance can cause your cookies to stick.
After having one all the above and you still receiving the error message then you could clear your cache and delete your cookies. This will impact all the saved settings from other programs and should be considered a last resort.
If you are having problems at any time please email us with the following information:
1. Operating system e.g. Windows 7 2. Browser used e.g. Internet Explorer 8 3. Security software used (if any) e.g. Norton Internet Security 2010.
