Problems With Drop Down Menu

If you are having problems changing the state or region using List-Alert then try the non-Javascript menu system.

For a small number of our users the Javascript menu system does not work. We have tried to replicate the problem without success.

So we created a non-Javscript menu system for those users that have an issue.
